RETAIL SALES CONDITIONS

·   Prices indicated are including VAT. Price list is daily updated.

·   When an order is trasmitted a confirmation email will be automatically sent.

·   We usually prepare the orders in 3 to 4 business days : In case of unavailability of one or more articles or if any problem arises you will be contacted by our customer service.

·   We ship in Italy with Bartolini courier.  or Italian Postal service, depending on your order, for more information please check the "DELIVERY AND SHIPPING" section.

·   We don't mantain backorders, except different agreements.

·   Products illustrations and characteristics are indicative only. Characteristics shown may be subject to change.



MODE OF PAYMENT


Paypal

At the end of the order you will be redirected to Paypal website. From here you can pay the order using your paypal account.

Credit card

Credit card transactions pass through Paypal website, using secure server SSL protection. The system accept most important credit cards, including Discover.

Wire transfer

Once the order is transmitted it will be checked by our sales department that will send bank details for payment. Items will be reserved for some working days, giving a reasonable time to the order amount to be transferred on our account. Goods will be shipped at receivement of payment on our account.

 


DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

SHIPMENTS

Standard delivery

We use different shipping agents in order to have the right price for any solution

Bartolini

You'll receive a shipping advise and delivery will be made in next 24/48 hours in Italy, for other countries delivery time will vary. Delivery is made in following hours: from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 in working days (no saturday, no sunday). In case of absence, the forwarder will leave a notice and another delivery will be made in the next 24 hours. If also this delivery will not succedd you will be contacted by our logistic department to define terms of delivery.

With this option you can pick up your order directly Ceramiche PDA , Italy. Once the order is transmitted it will be checked by our sales department that will send an email to confirm that goods are ready to be picked up. Payment can be made at the order or directly at warehouse. We accept cash, credit card or bancomat. 

 

 

COSTS

Freight charges

At the end of the order freight charges will be automatically calculated in the cart. The system will propose you different shipping solutions depending on the size and weight of the goods to be shipped.

If there will be any difference or variation in freight charges, you will be advised and we'll wait for your confirmation before shipping the goods.



WARRANTY
Goods travel at the consignee's risk. Any damage due to transport or inconsistencies about number of pieces should be immediately notified to the courier. Any notification of defective goods or goods not corresponding to the order should be communicated within 7 days of delivery. At the end of this period, no complaint will be accepted.

·   Goods are checked and packed with care. Please verify that the parcel is intact on receipt of the order and notify immediately the courier of any damage which can be detected in the packing, signing it off conditionally.

·   Any flaws, quality defects or detectable damages must be notified by registered mail or fax within 10 days of delivery.

·   All tools and machinery are guaranteed for two years (or according to current regulations) from date of sell against all manufacturing defects and faulty materials, for which manufacturer's original warranty applies. Warranty is limited to replacement of defective parts and will not apply if the unit has been damaged or improperly used or has undergone improper mechanic or electric stress.

·   Defective unit must be sent to Ceramiche PDA  for repair inside its original packing together with the stamped warranty and the receipt stating the purchase. In no case will carriage forward shipments through any courier be accepted, except if authorised Ceramiche PDA
